Background

Cumulus Grand Villas is a masterplanned luxury villa community positioned on an elevated peninsula in Carrara on the Gold Coast. The project sought to deliver a rare balance of nature, security and refined living.

VentureCrowd required more than a name, the project needed a compelling place identity that connected deeply to the landscape, elevation and expansive horizons. The ambition was to create a genuine placemaking experience that would resonate emotionally with both families and right-sizers seeking a low-maintenance, high-amenity lifestyle.

Our Solution

We began by defining the central idea: “A Life Connected.” Through workshops and site immersion, we shaped a place narrative that connected residents to the savanna landscape, Gold Coast skyline, elevated luxury living and a genuine sense of community.

We developed four brand pillars, Nature, Lifestyle, Luxury and Community, which informed all messaging, campaign headlines, photography direction, brochure content and website structure.

Beyond digital strategy, we advised on the sales centre experience, billboard locations, environmental branding and on-site storytelling to ensure consistency across every touchpoint.

An integrated full-funnel campaign was delivered across paid media, search, social, EDM automation, video and outdoor signage, with the website positioned as the central storytelling hub.

Results

Cumulus Grand Villas was successfully positioned as a distinctive, premium residential offering within the competitive Gold Coast market.

The campaign generated an higher than average leads per month, supported by a strong EDM interaction and consistent engagement across paid and organic channels.

The pillars-based framework created a flexible brand platform adaptable across staged releases, while strengthening local resonance through alignment with the Gold Coast’s nature, leisure and coastal character.
